All our items are made to order and as such we ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for us to produce the products. Larger jobs may incur a longer waiting period, but this will be discussed at the time you place the order.
A lot of our products are made from natural materials and as such they are not always consistent. They may differ ever so slightly from the photos on the website.
If a design needs to be drawn up for approval this will be sent via email within 5 business days of receiving the request to supply.
Shipping and Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised and custom orders.
Tracking information will be supplied where applicable
If your item has been delivered, we do not take responsibility for it being stolen once on your premises.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being received, along with pictures of the item in its original packaging.
Local pickup is available from Goulburn NSW 2580. You can choose this as an option at checkout.

Payment is required in full before we can commence any work.
When checking out please double check Spelling of names etc and check quantities before confirming the order. Once work has commenced, we cannot offer a refund.
