At Reardon’s Woodshop, each piece is handcrafted with care. Because of the nature of custom timber furniture, our returns policy depends on the type of item purchased.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind. This includes items built to specific sizes, finishes, or design requirements.
Ready-Made / In-Stock Items
For ready-made items that are currently available for sale, returns may be considered within 7 days of collection or delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Return requests must be made in writing.
Faults or Damage
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
