• We take great care to ensure all products are packed correctly for shipping. All orders will be shipped from Goulburn, NSW Australia. Once the products leave our premises, we take no responsibility for them if damaged whilst in the post.
• Allow 1-2 weeks production time for this product.
• The grain of wooden products can vary from the pictures shown. No two pieces can be exactly the same and may differ from the timber you see in any of our product photographs.
• We hand sand our wooden items, however, please note that dark edges are a natural result of laser cutting.
• By completing your order, you acknowledge that our handmade wooden item/s may contain unique imperfections in the timber and laser work due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault, but rather a reflection of the unique natural beauty of the raw materials we use.
