Our Process

  • All our items are made to order and as such we ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for us to produce the products. Larger jobs may incur a longer waiting period, but this will be discussed at the time you place the order.
  • A lot of our products are made from natural materials and as such they are not always consistent. They may differ ever so slightly from the photos on the website.
  • If a design needs to be drawn up for approval this will be sent via email within 5 business days of receiving the request to supply.

Shipping and Returns

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised and custom orders.
  • Tracking information will be supplied where applicable
  • If your item has been delivered, we do not take responsibility for it being stolen once on your premises.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being received, along with pictures of the item in its original packaging.
  • Local pickup is available from Goulburn NSW 2580. You can choose this as an option at checkout.

Terms

  • Payment is required in full before we can commence any work.
  • When checking out please double check Spelling of names etc and check quantities before confirming the order. Once work has commenced, we cannot offer a refund.
